bbd77's Guide to Responsible Gaming
Enjoy entertainment within your limits — bbd77 is committed to ensuring a mindful, safe, and enjoyable experience for you.
This platform is for
adults only
Our Commitment
bbd77 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. When you enjoy cricket betting, slots, or live casino on our platform, what matters most is fun and safety — not the pressure of losses.
Responsible gaming is not just about following rules; it means staying aware of your own limits and never letting entertainment turn into a problem. bbd77 wants to help you build that awareness.
Remember: Winning is never guaranteed in gambling. Only spend money you can afford to lose. Never play with borrowed money or funds set aside for essential expenses.
Our platform has several effective tools to help you stay in control — deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion, and direct support. Learn more about each of them on this page.

Safety Tools
bbd77 offers several effective features to help you stay in control of your gaming.
Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and a waiting period applies before the limit can be increased.
Time-Out
If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily close your account for a set period — from 24 hours up to several weeks. Login is completely blocked during this time.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gambling is getting out of your control, choose long-term self-exclusion. Activating this feature will completely deactivate your account.
Betting History Review
View your transaction and betting history in your account at any time. Staying aware of your spending patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Live Support Team
Our support team is active 24/7. For any gambling-related concerns or issues, contact us directly via live chat or email — support is available in Bengali.
Account Verification
bbd77 maintains an age and identity verification process. This prevents underage access and keeps the platform safe for everyone.
Age Restriction — 21+
bbd77 is an adults-only platform. Only users aged 21 or above may register and play here. This rule applies without exception.
We believe protecting minors is a social responsibility. Age and identity are therefore verified when an account is created. If any account is found to have inconsistent age information, it will be suspended immediately.
For parents: If there are minors in your household, do not leave your account logged in on your device. Use parental control software.
If you believe a minor is using bbd77, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
- Age verification is mandatory at registration
- Account creation is prohibited for users under 21
- Identity confirmation process is in place
- Suspicious accounts are suspended immediately
- Minors can be reported to the support team
- Special guidelines provided for family protection
Recognising the Signs of a Problem
When gambling shifts from entertainment to a problem, certain signs appear. Be alert if you notice any of the following in yourself or someone close to you:
- Repeatedly trying to win back lost money
- Spending household or essential funds on gambling
- Hiding gambling habits from family or friends
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play
- Setting limits but repeatedly breaking them
- Gambling affecting work, studies, or relationships
- Taking on debt or borrowing money to gamble
If one or more of these signs apply to you, please talk to the bbd77 support team. We do not judge — we only want to help.
You are not alone. Problem gambling is a recognised issue and recovery is possible. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. We will help you activate self-exclusion if needed.
How to Self-Exclude
Self-exclusion is a powerful tool that keeps you away from the platform for a set period. Follow the steps below:
Log in to your account
Access your bbd77 account and go to Account Settings.
Open the Responsible Gaming section
Select the "Responsible Gaming" option in Settings.
Choose self-exclusion
Select a duration — options range from a short-term break to a long-term closure.
Confirm
Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediately and promotional emails will also stop.
Contact support for assistance
If you have trouble doing it yourself, email [email protected] or let us know via live chat — we will do it for you.
Setting Deposit Limits
Decide how much you want to spend before you start playing. Deposit limits protect you from overspending.
- Set a daily deposit limit
- Weekly or monthly limits can also be set
- Lowering a limit takes effect immediately
- A waiting period applies before a limit can be increased
- No further deposits can be made once the limit is reached
Benefits of Time-Outs
Taking occasional breaks is part of healthy gaming habits. Use the time-out feature to close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to several weeks — no questions asked.
Safe Gaming Tips
Set a budget in advance
Decide how much you will spend before you start playing. Stop when you reach that limit — never increase your budget.
Monitor your time
Set a time limit for your sessions. Long sessions lead to fatigue and poor decisions — take regular breaks.
Do not play on emotions
Avoid gambling when you are angry, sad, or under stress. Making decisions in the right state of mind is always better.
Do not chase losses
The urge to keep playing to win back lost money is dangerous. Each game is independent — previous results have no effect on the next one.
Put your family first
Gambling should never take priority over your family, relationships, or everyday responsibilities. Keep a healthy balance in life.
Talk to someone
If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, let your family or friends know. Reach out to the bbd77 support team if needed.
